Roller Conveyor Shot Blasting Machine–

For all types of fabricated steel structures. We design and manufacture Shot Blasting machines from single wheel configuration to 12 wheel configuration. Specially designed with angled wheels for maximum blasting coverage. In a roller conveyor shot blasting machine, the items to be blasted are loaded onto a motorized Roller conveyor. The items get blasted inside the blast cabinet while moving on the conveyor. All types of post-fabrication items can be blasted in this blasting machine. A standard range of items like pipes, plates, sections, etc, can also be blasted in this roller conveyor shot blasting machine. Blasting Surface finish quality from sweep blasting to SA 3 blasting quality can be achieved by adjusting the Roller conveyor speed.

Diablo Conveyor Type

Pipes are conveyed for automatic shot blasting using Diablo-type rollers and a tyre-type conveyor. To achieve the required throughput speed, the tyres are angled and the speed is controlled by a frequency controller. As the pipe passes through the shot blasting machine, it rotates,s exposing the entire outside diameter of the pipe to the blast stream. Diablo conveyor is best suited for blasting straight pipes, gas cylinders, etc.

MonoRail Hanging Type

These are high-capacity machines that are used for batch production where multiple jobs are loaded at once. Monorail shot blasting machines are used for a variety of jobs in the automobile, casting and foundry, and fabrication industries. A continuous overhead conveyor keeps the workpieces moving at a constant speed through the machine. The conveyor is made up of a chain and trolley system suspended from a monorail that can be indexed or driven at a constant speed. Machines come in a variety of sizes and can perform a wide range of tasks. Monorail hanging type is used for transformers, scaffoldings, light identical sections, etc.

Plate Blasting Machine

Plate blasting machines are used for shot blasting plates and other flat products using a roller conveyor system.
